The terms behind managed hosting and support.
This page describes the offering in general terms. The specifics of your project — scope, timelines and the arrangements between us — are set out in your individual agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
The offering
We design, build, host and support custom web and mobile software. Once your project is live, ongoing hosting, maintenance and support are part of what you are paying for — not a separate add-on to negotiate later.

Monthly subscription
One predictable monthly fee instead of a large upfront cost. Build, hosting, email, maintenance and support, all included.
Applies to: Available for any project, including internal systems and sites that do not sell online.
We only get paid when you do
No development fee at all. We build it, host it and run it, and take a share of the sales it generates. If your platform earns nothing, neither do we.
Applies to: Applies to platforms that sell or generate leads online — shops, booking systems, subscription services, and sites that drive enquiries for work carried out offline. Not available for internal systems, which generate neither.

Ownership
You own your data and your domain outright, under either model. Code ownership depends on which model you choose: under the subscription and commission models we finance the build, so the terms of code ownership are set out in your individual agreement, which we walk you through before you sign. Nothing on this page grants or withholds code ownership — your agreement is the document that governs it.
Support
Support: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm SAST.
Development: Development continues around the clock, AI-assisted.
These are separate facts: our support team is available during operating hours; development work continues beyond them with AI assistance, but that is not a support promise for out-of-hours contact.
Payment and invoicing
- Quoted prices are VAT-exclusive; no VAT is charged while registration is in progress.
- International clients: quotes available in USD, GBP and EUR.
- Commission terms — minimum period, measurement basis and buyout — are set out in your agreement and discussed on the first call.
VAT status: VAT registration in progress. Invoices are currently issued without VAT.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
